Terms and Conditions

  1. The Candidates must need to complete the Diploma courses within 2 years.
  2. The Candidates must need to complete the Certificate courses within 6 months.
  3.  The applicant must receive their copies of
    application, agreement, receipts of payments in a physical format on successful enrollment of Diploma Courses.
  4. The applicant who needs to enroll in the Advanced Level Diploma Courses must have a valid qualifying examination report.
  5. The Qualifying Examinations will valid only for a single enrollment and only for 10 days from the report generated.
  6. The applicant must not produce any fake /
    Illegal documents or proofs to get joined in the Course. If the applicant did
    so found at any instance of the course commencement period will be banned to
    enter in any courses of The Future.      
  7. If the applicant found to pay bribe or
    compliments to get joined in the Course will consider as an offence in the
    terms of Course terms and conditions. The applicant who involved in this
    offence will be fined € 500 and banned for 2 years to join in any of the
    courses and sponsored courses.      
  8. The applicant must keep the Agreement copy,
    Application copy, receipts for the payment until they joined in the Job offer.      
  9. The Future team will not responsible for
    improper behaviour of the applicant in the course actions.      
  10. The applicant is subjected to avail all the
    regional benefits/scholarships/periodical offers introduced by the region
    manager before the enrolment.     (Note: 1) The applicant who enrolled in the course will
    not able to avail the benefits introduced after the enrolment. 2) The applicant should not need to consider the
    fees structure modifications after enrolment.     )
  11. The applicant can enrol them in two courses
    simultaneously and not more than two is possible. If the applicant enrolled in
    more than two courses simultaneously is not valid for the qualification.       
  12. The applicant must submit the assignments in
    their proper schedule. The applicant who fails to submit the proper assignments
    in the schedule will not eligible for the qualification test.     
  13. The assignment schedule will be respective as
    follows: assignment 1 will be submitted within 45 days of enrolment, Assignment
    2 will be submitted within 90 days of enrolment and Assignment 3 will be
    submitted within 135 days of enrolment.      
  14. The applicant must attend 3 interviews
    according to the eligibility and the authority is responsible for at least of 1
    placement to the eligible candidates. If the team fails to provide placement to
    the eligible candidate, the course fees will not needs to pay. The improper behaviour of
    applicant in the interview/to the HR is not responsible for lack of placement.
    If any found like improper behaviour/illegal activities from the applicant is
    not considered for the job offers and also banned for 2 years with rollback of
    their diploma completed.     Also, liable for the course fees to be paid within 15 days of notice.
  15. The placements and diploma
    are interlinked and subjected to the behaviour of the applicant. The applicant
    who are not in the proper behaviour of course actions including assignments are
    not eligible for the test and diploma. In the absence of diploma, placements
    are not eligible and those cases, the applicant is liable to pay the course fees within 15 days of notice.
  16. The Assignment scores are not transparent to the applicants and the assignments are subjected to plagiarism and system generated report system.
  17. The Applicant who are in improper behaviour of course activities should liable to the The Future Team and actions taken by the authority.
